Child Counselling
When working with young children, we use play and art therapy techniques that help them express complex feelings and thoughts through nonverbal, universal means.
We take a creative, playful approach to helping your child learn tangible strategies to thrive. Parents are often involved in therapy through regular check-ins to share tools and strategies, or by joining at the end of a session for a review.​​
Adolescent Counselling
Adolescents face unique challenges, and counselling can provide a supportive space for them to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Counselling helps adolescents build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop confidence in navigating life’s transitions. The goal is to build insight through education and to develop practical skills that can be used beyond the therapy setting.
Adult Counselling
​We aim to provide a safe space for you to explore personal obstacles and process feelings. We believe in a collaborative approach to help clients develop insight, build coping strategies, and strengthen resilience. We use an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing on ideas and techniques from several therapeutic disciplines.
What to Expect
We offer in-person or online individual counselling sessions. For convenience, online counselling sessions are held through our scheduling software system- Jane.​

Counselling sessions range from 40 to 50 minutes, depending on the client's age and presenting concerns.
​
We strive to build a trusting therapeutic relationship and tailor our strategies and tools to developmental age and presenting problems.
Every person is unique, and each situation is different. Navigating challenges and developing skills is a process, and the number of sessions required varies from person to person.
